Where can I park?At The Mane Lounge, we have complimentary on-site parking as well as excess parking with our neighbors Methodical Coffee (Landmark Location) and Community Tap. In the rare event that there are no available spaces in either of these parking locations, you are able to park in the covered garage at Harris Teeter and use the pedestrian crossing at no charge.

How do I request an appointment?Using the online scheduling tool, you will choose your desired service and input your contact info in the required fields. I will then be notified of your appointment request, review the details and any personalized notes and accept the appointment.

When will I receive confirmation of my appointment?When your appointment request has been accepted, you will receive a text notification of this followed by a confirmation text 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You will need to click the link in this text to confirm your reservation. you will receive another text 48 hours prior as a reminder of your reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?I respectfully request 48-hour notice of any cancellation or modification to the reserved appointment. When an appointment is cancelled/ modified outside of the 48-hour policy, the modifications will be made at no charge. When the appointment is cancelled/modified inside of the 48-hour policy, the guest is responsible for 50% of the scheduled service fee. When the appointment is cancelled/modified the day of or failure to show up to the appointment, the guest is responsible for 100% of the scheduled service fee.

What do I do if I'm running late?If you find yourself running behind, no stress, it happens. I ask that you please notify me (text or call). If you are 15 minutes late or more we may need to modify your appointment or cancel and reschedule for a later date to be able to perform your service in full. In the case that the appointment is canceled the day of, please refer to the Cancellation Policy question above.

Why am I required to have a card on file to make an appointment?Having your card securely saved on file ensures that your appointment is reserved for you. A card on file allows for the cancellation policy to be enforced. See the cancellation policy question for more info.

Can I bring my child to my appointment with me?In the salon, we are working with sharp objects and chemicals. It's not safe for small children to be left unattended. I suggest you arrange for a friend, family member, or sitter to spend time with your child while you're in the salon. This way you will be able to relax and fully enjoy your salon experience.

Can I eat my lunch/snacks during my appointment?Yes, of course! I have snacks to tie you over, but if you would like to have food delivered or bring something in, that is completely acceptable. My only request is that you enjoy your meal during the processing time of your color. With chemicals and color moving around your space, it's unsafe to risk the opportunity of accidentally ingesting.
