What To Expect During Your Visit
When you arrive, you will be greeted by myself or a Mane Lounge team member. Let us treat you to complimentary refreshments, we have everything from snacks, sparkling water and lattes to an espresso martini. We strive to provide the best guest experience in town. Have a seat, relax and make yourself comfortable.
During our service we will always begin with my signature consultation. I have worked diligently over my career to perfect the consultation. Communication is the basis of every relationship. Because of this, I will ask you intentional questions that make you think. I encourage you to bring photos of inspiration to your appointment. We will look at these photos together in detail to create an action plan to reach your goals.
Conversation during our consultation is necessary; however, during your service it is your choice if you would like more of a quiet time to relax and enjoy or if you prefer to chat or a mix of both. You may need to work remotely during your service and this is completely okay. This time is for you and I want to make sure you enjoy your experience as well as your hair!
